Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Cerberus. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • 1.1 - Your use of the Service constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must immediately discontinue use.

  • 1.2 - Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of access, without refund or notice. Enforcement is strict and final.

2. License and Access

  • 2.1 - Access is granted to one individual per license key. Sharing, reselling, or transferring keys is strictly prohibited and will result in termination.

  • 2.2 - All keys are permanently bound to your Discord account. We do not support transfers under any condition, including account bans or losses.

  • 2.3 - We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time, with or without notice, especially in the event of a Terms violation.

3. Restrictions

  • 3.1  - All purchases are final; refunds will be issued only for duplicate subscriptions taken in error (e.g. upgrading to a monthly plan without cancelling your weekly plan), for free trials mistakenly billed at full price, or for charges applied after you’ve cancelled your subscription.

  • 3.2 - Cancelling a free trial will invalidate all trial-issued license keys. This does not affect paid subscriptions.

  • 3.3 - Any attempt to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with Cerberus is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent termination.

  • 3.4 - You may not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, loopholes, or system limitations to bypass restrictions or intended functionality.

4. Data and Security

  • 4.1 - We collect limited technical data (Roblox username/UserId, executor identifier, HWID, public IP + ISP/country, client environment info, and script usage/anti-tamper logs). This is used only for license verification, security, and prevention of key sharing, cracking, or unauthorized use.

  • 4.2 - You are responsible for all activity performed under your license key. If another person uses your key, their actions are treated as your own.

  • 4.3 - Data is stored securely, kept only as long as necessary for security and abuse prevention, and is never sold or shared except when required by law or to investigate misuse.

  • 4.4 - By using this software, you consent to this data collection. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

5. Modifications and Termination

  • 5.1 - These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

  • 5.2 - We reserve the right to discontinue Cerberus at any time with at least seven (7) days’ notice. Lifetime keys guarantee access for a minimum of seven days.
